Each piece is made to order, just for you. Most orders arrive in approximately two weeks, although delivery can take between one and three weeks depending on your location. Please allow extra time during holidays and busy periods.

Each product includes a size chart to help you find your fit. Some pieces are oversized, while others have a more fitted silhouette. We recommend checking the measurements carefully before ordering.

Every Sonic Vessel item is made to order, so we generally don't accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes, or colour preferences. Please review your selection before completing your purchase. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

If something isn't right, we'll help make it right. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We'll review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Because each item is made specifically for you, orders may enter production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
